Training

I studied Medicine at the Free University in Amsterdam and then general surgery at the Atrium Hospital in Heerlen. I did my plastic surgery training at the MUMC in Maastricht.

I have been working as a plastic surgeon since 2006; I work in Viecuri Medical Center in Venlo and Venray and the MUMC.

Facts

I spent some time at the Klinikum Aachen for breast reconstruction with the DIEP-lap.
At VieCuri in Venlo, I am medical director and treasurer of the plastic surgery department.
