There are many factors that affect aging such as lifestyle, sun exposure, tobacco use, genetic factors, skin type, hormonal influences and weight gain and/or loss. Skin aging occurs in several ways, like with a change in volume to fat deposits and sagging of facial muscles and tissues.
Types of facelifts
You can choose from several types of facelifts and a neck lift. During a detailed consultation with our experienced plastic surgeons, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss and choose the most appropriate treatment(s) for your unique needs. Our surgeons have unparalleled expertise in determining which procedures are best suited for different skin types and face shapes. Combination of treatments
With most facelifts, it’s common to also correct the neck as well. Additional treatments that are often combined with a facelift for a more harmonious result are a chemical peel, for example, which can provide a significant boost to the skin or even completely renew it. Other procedures that can be combined are: upper eyelid correction and/or lower eyelid correction (puffiness), as well as lipofilling or using fillers after surgery.

What does a facelift cost
After the consultation with the plastic surgeon, you’ll know exactly what your facelift will cost.
Please note that it is not possible to claim expenses for treatments from health insurance. MOOI only performs procedures for uninsured care.
If you do want to qualify for reimbursement, we’re happy to refer you to one of our hospitals. For this you need a referral from the family doctor. We recommend consulting the terms and conditions of your health insurance policy.
