Deep exfoliation with phenol
This deep peel can’t be compared with the peels offered by beauticians or skin therapists. The EPVL peel treats the skin at a deeper level than our Easy TCA peel. The EPVL peel should also only be performed by an experienced cosmetic doctor.
Who is this deep exfoliation peel suitable for?
The EPLV peel is suitable for light skin types (class I to III) and is ideal for counteracting advancing skin aging. It is not recommended for darker skin, as the risk of pigmentation is too great. Usually around the age of 40, the first wrinkles are visible and you notice that your skin has become saggy. This deep peel is suitable for reducing:

- Large pores
- Sun damage
- Hardened skin
While this deep peel really improves your skin, it does not address volume loss or deep wrinkles. In that case, you may want to combine this peel with a filler or injectable. Another option is to opt for a deeper chemical peel. Our doctor will advise you on this during the consultation.
The Easy Phen Very Light Peel
Easy Phen Very Light peel is a deep chemical peel, but the lightest among our deep peels. For this reason, this peel penetrates into the dermis layer (the papillary dermis).
This peel consists of 15% phenol, 8% TCA and 0.5% croton oil. Phenol provides deep structural improvement – lifting and tightening the skin subcutaneously, so to speak. TCA creates more beautiful and even skin on the surface. Thus, a TCA with phenolic peel is an ideal combination to address advancing skin aging.
This peel stimulates cell renewal, collagen and elastin production and removes dead skin cells and blemishes. As a result, the skin will become more even, pigmentation spots will be diminished, pores will become less visible, and the skin will appear renewed and toned. Often the desired results can be achieved with just one treatment.

The consultation from A to Z
Before treatment, a dermatologist will assess your skin and advise you on possible treatment options. The dermatologist also discusses the necessary treatment plan and aftercare to achieve the desired results. When undergoing treatment you should also read Skin Tech Pharma’s product leaflets carefully and ensure you follow this advice! You’ll receive these brochures during the consultation with the specialist.
We also take photos for your medical records today. After the consultation, you’ll be aware of everything about the treatment: from our honest advice about the expected result, to risks, aftercare and costs. We advise all our clients to quit smoking around the time of treatment. The same applies to the use of nicotine patches and gum.
An initial consultation involves a €50 consultation fee, which will be deducted from the treatment price.
The deep peel
First, your skin is cleansed and prepared. Then, you’ll receive a special eye ointment in your eyes to protect them. Once that is done, the peel is applied to the skin. The peel can be done on your entire face or only a part of it. The depth of treatment is tailored to each client individually so that we achieve the best possible results with the least possible risk. When the peel is applied, you may experience a painful and burning sensation. Fortunately, this only lasts for a short period (12 seconds) because phenol has an analgesic effect. After the peel is applied, a special ointment is applied to the skin which will calm your calm and provide some pain relief as well. You must leave this cream on for the rest of the day. If all goes well after treatment, you can go home immediately after the procedure. Don’t drive yourself but have someone else bring you home safely.
At home, you continue the treatment yourself using the instructions and products we provide to you. This allows you to cleanse, protect and care for your skin. These products are part of the treatment and to achieve the desired end result, it’s very important to follow our aftercare instructions carefully.
Aftercare and recovery
After treatment, it is normal for the skin to experience some swelling and redness. This usually subsides after a few days. In exceptional cases, redness after exfoliation persists for several weeks. In order for the new skin to emerge, your skin starts shedding. This usually occurs 3 days after treatment, and shedding takes an average of 2 to 4 days.
Home treatment
At home, you continue the treatment yourself using the instructions and products we provided to you. This allows you to cleanse, protect and care for your skin. These products are part of the treatment and to achieve the desired end result, it’s very important to follow our aftercare instructions carefully. It’s also important to take care of your skin for 3 months after the last session, by using the products from the Skin Tech product line twice daily according to our instructions. You should also not expose your skin to the sun for 2 months.
Good to know
There may be temporary discoloration or decolorization of the skin after a EPVL peel. In some cases, this may even be permanent. Long-term redness may also occur. To avoid these problems, you can also choose from a number of lighter peels. Every person is unique, this is why in consultation with you, we customized your treatment.
In very rare cases, there is an allergic reaction to one of the creams used during the pre- and aftercare.
After the treatment, do not expose the skin to the sun for 2 months. Therefore, we recommend using a sunscreen with a high protection factor. These products are also available at MOOI Clinic.
A chemical peel also affects tattoos (such as eyebrows), which can become slightly lighter in color due to peeling.
A EPVL peel makes skin smoother and more even, but will not be as helpful against deep wrinkles.
We advise all our clients to quit smoking around the time of treatment. The same applies to the use of nicotine patches and gum.
Do not drink alcohol or take blood-thinning painkillers such as Aspirin and Ibuprofen.
