- Facts
After high school, I started my career as a nurse at MUMC. After working as a nurse for 2 years, I wanted to delve further into medicine and did physician assistant training. This education only made me more eager to continue learning, and in 2008 I began studying medicine at Maastricht University.
During my internships, my love for plastic surgery remained and I knew for sure that I wanted to continue in this field. Working in a team with precision reconstructing or improving parts of the body is my passion.
I live in Maastricht with my boyfriend and two children.
Exercising keeps me mentally and physically fit. I love running around Mount Pietersberg and cycling in the Limburg hills.
