Rejuvenate the skin and achieve a radiant face without surgery!
The Lip & Eyelid deep phenol peel provides intense skin rejuvenation around the eyes, lips, and even the entire face. This peel improves your skin’s structure, providing a lifted and tightened appearance that can make even deep wrinkles disappear. As your skin recovers, it will reveal a smoother, softer, and tighter complexion, with significant reduction in skin discoloration. To determine if the Lip & Eyelid phenol peel is suitable for your skin, and aligns with your desired goals, we invite you to schedule a consultation with our cosmetic doctor at our private clinic in Maastricht.
Deepest exfoliation of its kind
This deep peel cannot be compared to the peels of estheticians or skin therapists. This is because this phenol peel reaches the lower layer of the skin – the dermis. This Lip & Eyelid deep phenol peel should also only be performed by an experienced physician.
Who is this phenol peeling suitable for?
Phenol peeling is suitable for all skin types and is ideal to combat severe skin aging. Usually around the age of 40, the first (deep) wrinkles are visible and you notice that your skin has become really saggy. This deep peel is suitable for reducing:
- Severe skin aging
- Fine lines to deep wrinkles (full or partial)
- Sagging skin
- Pigmentation spots
- Lentigines
- Large pores
- Sun damage
- Hardened skin (elastosis)
What is Lip & Eyelid deep phenol peel ?
The Lip & Eyelid phenol peel is a chemical peel that penetrates into the deepest layer of the skin (into the reticular dermis). Because this peel is the deepest of its kind, usually only some areas of the face are treated (like around eyes and lips) with this peel and the rest of the face is treated with a lighter TCA peel or a lighter TCA Phenol peel to achieve an even result.
The Lip & Eyelid deep exfoliation consists of 60% phenol ‘slow release’, 1% croton oil and saponins. Phenol provides deep structural improvement – lifting and tightening the skin subcutaneously, so to speak.
This peel stimulates cell renewal and collagen production making the skin smoother, thicker and more supple. As the skin completely renews itself, you look visibly younger, pigmentation spots are diminished or disappear, and pores become less visible. Often the desired results can be achieved with just one treatment.

The consultation from A to Z
Before treatment, a dermatologist will assess your skin and advise you on possible treatment options. The dermatologist also discusses the necessary treatment plan and aftercare to achieve the desired results. When undergoing treatment you should also read Skin Tech Pharma’s product leaflets carefully and ensure you follow this advice! You’ll receive these brochures during the consultation with the specialist.
We also take photos for your medical records today. After the consultation, you’ll be aware of everything about the treatment: from our honest advice about the expected result, to risks, aftercare and costs. We advise all our clients to quit smoking around the time of treatment. The same applies to the use of nicotine patches and gum.
An initial consultation involves a €50 consultation fee, which will be deducted from the treatment price.
The deep peeling
This treatment is done in one session. During this treatment, your skin is first cleansed and prepared. The areas to be treated with the deep phenol (Lip & Eyelid) are marked off, then the peel is applied in several layers. Afterwards, this area is covered with transparent occlusive dressing. The rest of the face is treated with the Easy TCA Pain Control peel to give your skin an even result.
You may experience a burning sensation for a few seconds, but the pain relief ingredients in the peel will quickly do their job. For this reason, the treatment is well tolerated. After the peeling solution is applied, a special ointment is also applied to the skin (the post-peel mask). This cream will calm your skin and offer some pain relief as well. Finally, a powder is also applied to keep the face dry.
If all goes well after the treatment, you can go home immediately after the procedure. Don’t drive yourself, but arrange to have someone drive you to, and from the clinic.
Aftercare and recovery
After treatment, it is normal for the skin to swell a bit and show some redness. This usually subsides after a few days. In exceptional cases, redness after exfoliation persists for several weeks. A yellow crust forms on the areas where the deep phenol peel was used. This remains for about 6 days. In order for the new skin to emerge, your skin starts shedding. This usually occurs between days 3 and 6 after treatment, and the shedding can last up to 8 days. After the treatment, you’ll come for regular check-ups (on day 1, 3 or 4, 6, 15, and after 1 month and 3 months).
Home treatment
At home, you continue the treatment yourself using the instructions and products we provided to you. This allows you to cleanse, protect and care for your skin. These products are part of the treatment and to achieve the desired result, it is very important to follow our aftercare instructions carefully. It’s also important to take care of your skin for 3 months after the last session, ensuring that you use the products from the Skin Tech product line twice daily, according to our instructions.
Good to know
In very rare cases, there is an allergic reaction to one of the creams used during the pre- and aftercare.
After the treatment, do not expose the skin to the sun for 2 months. Therefore, we recommend using a sunscreen with a high SPF factor.
A chemical peel also affects tattoos (such as eyebrows), they become slightly lighter in color due to peeling.
We advise all our clients to quit smoking around the time of treatment. The same applies to the use of nicotine patches and gum. Do not drink alcohol or take blood-thinning painkillers such as Aspirin and Ibuprofen.
If you suffer from occasional cold sores, the doctor will give you a prescription for this to use during treatment.
